Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic device and a control method thereof. The electronic device comprises: at least one interface unit; and a processor for identifying that vibrations are detected by means of a sensor, identifying that a sound is received by means of a microphone, identifying that the detected vibrations are a user input of an external device on the basis of characteristics of the received sound, and performing an operation related to transmission of content data to the external device through the interface unit according to the identified user input.
