Abstract:
Provided are an electronic device and an operation method thereof. The electronic device comprises a communication interface, a display, a memory that stores one or more instructions, and at least one processor that executes the one or more instructions stored in the memory. By executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, the at least one processor may display content including an avatar on a display. By executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, the at least one processor may display, around the avatar, a virtual thing management UI for managing virtual things corresponding to IoT apparatuses. By executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, the at least one processor may display the activated virtual thing management UI on the basis of a user input to the virtual thing management UI. By executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, the at least one processor may acquire state information from the IoT apparatuses through the communication interface when the virtual thing management UI includes a notification UI.
