Abstract:
Disclosed is a robot that navigates a specific space. The robot comprises at least one sensor, a communication interface, and at least one processor. When an internet of things (IoT) apparatus is identified on the basis of sensing data acquired via the at least one sensor while navigating the navigation space, the at least one processor determines, on the basis of a signal transmitted from the IoT apparatus, whether the IoT apparatus is connected to a server. If it is determined that communication has not been established between the IoT apparatus and the server, the at least one processor transmits communication establishment information for establishing communication between the IoT apparatus and a server via the communication interface. When a signal indicating that communication has been established between the IoT apparatus and the server is received via the communication interface, the at least one processor provides feedback information on the basis of the received signal.
