Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising a sensor, a display, a memory, and a processor operatively connected to the sensor, the memory, and the display, wherein the processor: configures the priorities between multiple types of biometric data by using the sensor; determines whether the respective multiple types of biometric data correspond to designated conditions on the basis of the priorities; analyzes the results of determination of correspondence/non-correspondence to the designated conditions to determine whether a user is being over-trained; and outputting a message including a guide related to exercise to the user according to whether the user is being over-trained. Various other embodiments identified from the specification are also possible.
