Abstract:
A substrate shield (52) covers a region on a lower surface of a circuit substrate (50) in which an electronic component is mounted. A memory storing chamber (R1) capable of storing a semiconductor memory is secured under the circuit substrate. The substrate shield (52) has a shield wall (52e) along the memory storing chamber (R1). This makes it possible to protect the semiconductor memory, while limiting an increase in the number of components.
