Abstract:
Provided is an electronic form creation device which can easily create an electronic form which is suitable for a computer such as a tablet terminal. This electronic form creation device comprises: an image acquisition unit which acquires scan image data of a form; a region designation unit which designates a partial region for the scan image data acquired by the image acquisition unit; and a form data generation unit which, on the basis of the scan image data acquired by the image acquisition unit, generates a data file of the form in which the region designated by the region designation unit is filled with a specific color.
