Abstract:
An electronic-grade glass fiber composition, and a glass fiber and an electronic cloth thereof. The electronic-grade glass fiber composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 51.0-57.5% of SiO2, 11.0-17.0% of Al2O3, B2O3 with the weight percentage greater than 4.5% and less than or equal to 6.4%, 19.5-24.8% of CaO, 0.1-1.9% of MgO, 0.05-1.2% of R2O=Na2O+K2O+Li2O, 0.05-0.8% of Fe2O3, 0.01-1.0% of TiO2, and 0.01-1.0 of F2. The ratio C1 of the weight percentage of SiO2 to the weight percentage of B2O3 is in the range from 8.1 to 12.7, the ratio C2 of the weight percentage of B2O3 to the weight percentage of (R2O+MgO) is in the range from 1.7 to 6.3, and the total content of the foregoing components is greater than or equal to 99%. The electronic-grade glass fiber composition not only can reduce raw material cost and raw material volatilization, but also can improve the dielectric performance of glass, improve the mechanical performance and water resistance of the glass fiber, and enlarge the molding range of the glass fiber, and therefore is applicable for large-scale tank furnace production.
