Abstract:
Electronic parts which have an electrode comprising a substrate and a plurality of nickel layers, wherein an outer nickel layer has a phosphorus content which is lower than that of an inner nickel layer. The electrode exhibits improved solder joint strength with no reduction of flexural strength.
