Abstract:
This electronic valve is provided with: a yoke (3) including an end plate section (3b) and a side plate section (3c); a pole piece (4); a solenoid coil (7); and a diaphragm (6) comprising a plate-like magnetic material. The pole piece (4) has an opening (4o) on one end section (4e) and a first fluid input/output port (11) communicating with the opening (4o) on the other end section (4f). A biasing part (5) biases the diaphragm (6) away from one end section (4e) of the pole piece (4) such that the diaphragm (6) undergoes a translation in one direction (Z-direction). When not in operation, the electronic valve becomes an open state in which the opening (4o) is open. During operation, the electronic valve can becomes a closed state in which the diaphragm (6) resists the biasing force of the biasing part (5) by means of the magnetic force of the solenoid coil (7) and approaches the one end section (4e) of the pole piece (4) such that the opening (4o) is blocked.
