Abstract:
Provided are an electrostatic protection device and an electrostatic protection circuit. The electrostatic protection device comprises: a discharge transistor, which is located on a substrate and is used for discharging electrostatic charges; and a first pad, which is positioned on a first metal layer and is electrically connected to a drain region of the discharge transistor, wherein the projection, of the first pad, on the substrate is partially overlaps with the projection, of the drain region, on the substrate.
