Abstract:
In this elevator control device, a general call button with no car passenger restrictions and a dedicated call button with car passenger restrictions are provided in a boarding area of each floor. The elevator control device is provided with a car passenger information collection unit which collects car passenger information about passengers in each car. In response to general calls from the boarding areas, a car is assigned regardless of the congestion rate in the car, which is determined from the car passenger information, and in response to dedicated calls, a car that has a congestion rate less than or equal to a set value is assigned. Car operation is controlled in accordance with this assignment result, and an operation type display unit, which is provided on each car landing door, makes an identification display indicating whether an assigned car is in response to a general call or a dedicated call.
