Abstract:
An elevator device in which a lock disengaging key for disengaging a lock device of
a landing door device from the landing side is kept in a key keeping device. The key
keeping device holds the disengaging key to limit the removal of the key and allows
the removal of the key when predetermined operation is performed relative to
the key. An operation control device sets the operation mode to a normal mode when
the disengagement key is kept in the key keeping device and sets the operation mode
to a maintenance mode when the key is removed and not in the key keeping device.
