Abstract:
An elevator system in which operation of an elevator car is controlled by an operation control
section. When a specific user in the elevator car undergoes personal authentication
by a personal authentication section after the operation control section accepts
landing call registration operation by a user through a landing call operation
section provided at a landing, the operation control section counts the number
of registered specific floors. The registered specific floors are those among
registered specific floors according to that information on registered floors
that is received from the personal authentication section and are those present
in the direction of the destination of the elevator car according to landing call
registration operation. If the number of the counted registered specific floors
is one, the operation control section performs destination floor registration
with the registered specific floor as a destination floor of the elevator car.
