Abstract:
This elevator operation prediction system comprises: a prediction management device that predicts an elevator operation in an apartment house; and a management terminal that acquires event schedule information about an event scheduled in the apartment house. The prediction management device: stores operation history information indicating the history of the elevator operation, user number history information indicating the history of the number of users of an elevator for each hour, and event history information indicating the history of events carried out in the past in the apartment house; predicts an elevator congestion degree on the basis of the operation history information, the user number history information, the event history information, and the event schedule information acquired by the management terminal; and generates data for displaying the predicted congestion degree.
