Abstract:
Provided is a novel embedded flashing runway light device which is lightweight, has a long operating life and a high effective intensity, exhibits low power consumption, is capable of switching the degree of brightness thereof, and exhibits excellent heat dissipation properties. This embedded flashing runway light device (1) includes a cylindrical main body (10), a top member (11), a light-guide member (12), an LED flashing light source (13) and a heat-conducting member (17). The cylindrical main body (10) can be embedded in a runway. The top member (11) is positioned in the upper opening of the cylindrical main body (10) so as to be capable of being exposed to the runway surface when the cylindrical body (10) is embedded in the runway. The top member (11) is provided with a flashing-light-emitting window. The light-guide member (12) is positioned in the flashing-light-emitting window. The LED flashing light source (13) is positioned inside the cylindrical main body (10) so as to be capable of emitting a flashing light toward the light-guide member (12), which is positioned in the flashing-light-emitting window. The light-guide member (12) makes it possible for the flashing light emitted by the LED flashing light source (13) to be emitted to the outside through the flashing-light-emitting window. The heat-conducting member (17) is positioned inside the cylindrical main body (10). One section of the heat-conducting member (17) contacts the LED flashing light source (13), and at least one other section of the heat-conducting member (17) contacts the top member (11).
