When a carrier aggregation (CA) secondary cell (SCell) has been activated, a radio terminal (2) communicates with a radio access network (RAN) node (1) in an active downlink (DL) bandwidth part (BWP) selected from a plurality of DL BWPs for the SCell. Furthermore, when the SCell is in a dormant state, the radio terminal (2) transmits a channel state information report for a target DL BWP selected from the plurality of DL BWPs, to the RAN node (1) in a CA primary cell (PCell) or another activated serving cell. Thus, for example, the radio terminal can be made capable of measuring channel state information of a dormant SCell for which a plurality of BWPs are set.
