Abstract:
An embedded-type manufacturing method for a high-strength PVC decorative film, related to the field of PVC decorative film manufacturing. Based on a conventional PVC film manufacturing process, an embedded spider web is added to a refined intermediate for manufacturing a PVC decorative film to modify the PVC decorative film, where the embedded spider web has longitudinal fibers serving as a skeleton and transverse fibers serving as a frame so that the embedded spider web as a whole is provided with the form of a spider web, a notch is found in the PVC decorative film filled with the embedded spider web, when a tear reaches the embedded spider web under the effect of an external force, the longitudinal fiber and the transverse fiber to which the external force is applied evenly disperse the external force to the longitudinal fibers and the transverse fibers, the tear resistance of the embedded spider web is significantly increased, that is, the tear resistance of the entire PVC decorative film is increased, thus even when a notch occurs when the PVC decorative film is in use, the PVC decorative film is not prone to being torn completely.
