Abstract:
An emergency number matching method and device. An emergency number mapping table is preset in a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal is registered to a found communication network, obtains a country code from public land mobile network information, and queries the emergency number mapping table according to the country code to obtain an emergency number list matching the country code. If no card exists in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal resides in the found communication network, and obtains the country code from the public land mobile network information. If no card exists in the mobile terminal and a wireless communication function cannot be used, the mobile terminal queries the emergency number mapping table by using the country code obtained during the previous registration or residence in the communication network to obtain an emergency number list matching the country code. The present invention ensures that the mobile terminal can obtain an accurate country code under any circumstances, so as to obtain a correct emergency number matching the country code, thereby ensuring that the mobile terminal can accurately dial the emergency number during international roaming.
