Abstract:
An emergency telephone central processing unit (100): receives a telegraphic message that includes information pertaining to a dangerous incident that has occurred on a road from an emergency telephone (200), a traffic central processing unit (300), and a control room (400); and designates a warning light (210) for lighting and control on the basis of the telegraphic message. The emergency telephone central processing unit (100) sends a control telegraphic message that indicates that the warning light is to be lighted and controlled to the emergency telephone (200) provided with the warning light (210) designated to be lighted and controlled. The emergency telephone (200) that has received the control telegraphic message causes the warning light (210) to be lighted and controlled on the basis of the control telegraphic message. This makes it possible to safely and reliably issue a warning that information relating to a danger has been generated.
