This emission amount management device (10) manages the amount of carbon dioxide emissions pertaining to the travel of electric vehicles, the emission amount management device comprising: a first acquisition unit (11) that acquires charge information, which includes information indicating the amount of carbon dioxide emissions per unit amount of electricity with which an electric vehicle is charged, and also includes the charged amount of electricity; a second acquisition unit (12) that acquires first discharge information including a first amount of discharged electricity that is consumed during traveling of the electric vehicle; and a management unit (13) that selects, from the amount of carbon dioxide emissions per unit amount of electricity and charge history information including the history of charged amounts of electricity, the amount of carbon dioxide emissions per unit amount of electricity and the charged amount of electricity to which the first discharged amount of electricity is allocated, and calculates an amount of carbon dioxide emissions from the selected amount of carbon dioxide emissions per unit amount of electricity and the first discharged amount of electricity.
