Abstract:
An EMS exercise device system according to some embodiments of the present invention includes: an exercise device worn on a user's body and applying a low frequency to the user's body; a control box attachable to or detachable from the exercise device and transferring a current to the exercise device; a detection module including a plurality of sensors and disposed on the exercise device to detect biometric information of a user; and an analysis module for analyzing the biometric information and controlling the control box and the exercise device on the basis of an analysis result, wherein the detection module includes a first sensor for detecting the skin temperature of the user, and the analysis module includes a sensor which determines that there is a risk of burns when a value detected by the first sensor exceeds a preconfigured first reference value and controls the control box.
