Abstract:
The present invention provides a cold-rolled steel sheet comprising 0.23-0.35 wt% of carbon (C), 0.05-0.5 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.3-2.3 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0-0.02 wt% (exclusive of 0) of phosphorus (P), 0-0.005 wt% (exclusive of 0) of sulfur (S), 0.01-0.05 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0-0.8 wt% (exclusive of 0) of chromium (Cr), 0-0.4 wt% (exclusive of 0) of molybdenum (Mo), 0.01-0.1 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0-0.3 wt% (exclusive of 0) of vanadium (V), and 0.001-0.005 wt% of boron (B), with the balance being iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, wherein the final microstructure of the cold-rolled steel sheet includes cementite, transition carbides, and fine precipitates, the transition carbides including ε-carbide, in which the atomic ratio of a substitutional element, which is one of Fe, Mn, Cr, or Mo, to carbon is 2.5:1, or η-carbide, in which the atomic ratio is 2:1.
