Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are encoding and decoding methods, a transmission method, and encoding and decoding devices and systems. Using CTUs at the same position and the pixel values of pixels at positions adjacent thereto in a reference frame, virtual blocks are generated at an encoding end and a decoding end at the same time, and the generated virtual blocks are spliced into a complete virtual frame; the encoding end sets the virtual frame decoding identifier of a current frame, inserts the virtual frame decoding identifier into the code stream of the current frame, and sends the code stream of the current frame to the decoding end; the decoding end determines the decoding mode of the current frame according to the virtual frame decoding identifier in the code stream of the current frame received from the encoding end, and the current frame is decoded and reconstructed according to the determined decoding mode.
