Abstract:
The present invention discloses an encoding processing method, encoding processing apparatus and transmitter, wherein the method includes: encoding parameters to be encoded using a mode-switchable encoding method, wherein if, on the basis of the encoding sequence of said parameters, the first parameter to be coded is encoded according to an independent encoding mode, then the other parameters to be coded are also encoded according to the independent encoding mode. Said mode-switchable encoding method comprises an independent encoding mode and dependent encoding mode. The present invention simultaneously restores each parameter’s state in the decoder when an error happens, decreasing the error propagation rate. This thereby curbs the spread of errors and reduces the effects of such errors on decoder performance.
