Abstract:
Provided is an energy management device (100) for controlling a hot-water-storage-type hot water supply system and an air conditioning device, wherein an information acquisition unit (521) acquires a first operation schedule of the hot-water-storage-type hot water supply system, and a second operation schedule of an air conditioning system for performing air conditioning within a building using cold exhaust heat from the hot-water-storage-type hot water supply system. An action control unit (523) controls the action of the hot-water-storage-type hot water supply system, on the basis of the second operation schedule, by using a third operation schedule in which the first operation schedule is changed so as to reduce the amount of power consumed by the air conditioning system.
