Abstract:
An energy-saving crystallization tank for acrylamide production, comprising a tank body (1), a thermal insulation ventilation layer (14) and a reaction tank (15); support columns (18) are vertically mounted around the bottom of the tank body (1), and the thermal insulation ventilation layer (14) is provided inside the tank body (1); the reaction tank (15) is provided inside the tank body (1) at a side of the thermal insulation ventilation layer (14), and a feed hopper (26) is vertically mounted at a middle position of one end of the top of the tank body (1); a discharge pipe (16) passing through the tank body (1) and extending to the inside of the reaction tank (15) is vertically mounted at the central position of the bottom of the tank body (1); a purification tank (5) is mounted at the upper end of one side of the tank body (1); a water tank (10) is mounted on a side wall of the tank body (1) below the purification tank (5), and a diversion pipe (9) passing through the top of the water tank (10) is vertically mounted at the central position of the bottom of the purification tank (5). Steam separation is achieved by means of baffle plates (4); the liquid passing through the diversion pipe (9) is discharged into the water tank (10) for recycling; by starting a water pump (12), clean water in the water tank (10) is discharged into a condensation pipe (13) at regular intervals for gradient condensation, so as to reduce temperature and accelerate crystallization precipitation, achieving the purpose of saving energy.
