Abstract:
Disclosed is a reaction kettle for a viscous and dense material, the reaction kettle comprising a kettle body (1), a kettle cover (2), a feeding port (3), a discharging port (14), a stirring shaft (11), a temperature sensing device (10), a cleaning mechanism and a PLC control device (16), wherein one end of the stirring shaft (11) extends out of the outer side of the kettle body (1) and same is connected to an output shaft of a first electric motor (4); an inverted-trapezoid-shaped stirring paddle (12) is mounted at the other end of the stirring shaft (11); the left side and the right side of the the stirring paddle (12) are bent in opposite directions so as to be in the form of an arc shape; the cleaning mechanism comprises a spraying table (8), and a second electric motor (6) used for driving the spraying table (8) to rotate, the spraying table (8) being accommodated in an accommodating device (7), and a plurality of spraying openings (9) being provided in the spraying table (8).
