Title:
ENHANCED RAMAN DETECTION METHOD USING SATELLITE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/205364
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An enhanced Raman detection method using a satellite structure relates to a Raman spectrum. The enhanced Raman detection method comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing gold or silver nanoparticles, 2) coating a very thin and dense oxide shell layer on the surface of the gold or silver nanoparticles synthesized in step 1), 3) modifying a nanomaterial to be detected, and then assembling same to the surface of the nanoparticles obtained in step 2) to form a composite material in which gold or silver is core, the oxide is a shell layer, and a nanomaterial is a satellite, being called SHERNERS satellite structure for short, and 4) placing the composite material obtained in step 3) in an environment containing a molecule to be detected, so that the molecule to be detected is adsorbed on the surface of the composite material, and performing detection by using a Raman spectrometer, so as to obtain Raman signals of the molecule to be detected. The problem that traditional SERS technology is difficult to be used in nanomaterials widely used in catalytic science, environmental science, energy science and other fields is solved.
