Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an environment-friendly method for enhancing the mechanical properties of high-bacterial-resistance nano-dialysis paper for medical protection. The method comprises the following steps: a. preparing pulp components, involving taking 40-60 parts by mass of hardwood pulp, 10-20 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 30-50 parts by mass of softwood pulp, and 10-20 parts by mass of cellulose fibers; b. pulping the hardwood pulp, the polyvinyl alcohol fibers, the softwood pulp and the cellulose fibers in a pulping machine to obtain pulp, adding modified chitosan accounting for 1-5% by weight of the pulp into the pulp, and dispersing the resulting mixture for 10-20 min in a fluffer at a rotating speed of 1500-2000 rpm; and c. carrying out papermaking on the defibered pulp to form a finished dialysis paper product. The dialysis paper prepared in the present invention has better mechanical properties, is degradable, and has high bacterial resistance and high air permeability.
