Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a slot allocation method and a related device, which are applied to a network in which borne services are fixed. The slot allocation method comprises: on the basis of the total number of available slots, determining a palindrome sequence, wherein the number of substrates in the palindrome sequence is the same as the total number of available slots, that is, the length of the palindrome sequence is the same as the total number of slots. A slot allocation result, which is obtained on the basis of the palindrome sequence, corresponds to the total number of slots, such that it is not necessary to introduce an idle service or a queuing mechanism, thereby reducing hardware overheads during slot allocation.
