Abstract:
An environment-friendly powder paint extrusion device, comprising a material barrel internally provided with a screw and a driving mechanism used for providing power for the screw. A heater is provided on the outer side of the material barrel; the material barrel is vertically disposed below the driving mechanism; a feeding port is formed at the upper portion of the material barrel; a feeding device is provided on one side of the upper portion of the material barrel; the feeding device is connected to the feeding port by means of a feeding pipe; the feeding device comprises a mixing barrel and a stirring shaft; the front end of the stirring shaft is arranged in the mixing barrel; stirring blades are annularly provided at the front end of the stirring shaft; a filter plate is provided below the stirring blades, and filter holes are uniformly distributed on the filter plate at intervals; the mixing barrel above the filter plate is internally provided with dehumidification adsorption particles; the mixing barrel below the filter plate is communicated with the feeding pipe; an extruding disc is provided at an outlet on the bottom of the material barrel; and a scraping device is provided on the extruding disc. The present invention can achieve efficient dehumidification of powder paint extruding materials while achieving the effect of rapid extrusion and cooling by using the scraping mechanism.
