An environment-friendly and sustainable full-module prefabricated building system and a construction method. The environment-friendly and sustainable full-module prefabricated building system comprises prefabricated floor slabs (1) and prefabricated wall bodies (2) fixedly connected to the prefabricated floor slabs; each prefabricated floor slab (2) comprises a main beam frame, a secondary beam frame, and a floor slab layer (103); each prefabricated wall body (2) comprises a prefabricated building column module; the prefabricated building column module comprises prefabricated wallboards and supporting columns provided in the prefabricated wallboards; vertical sealing grooves (204) for placing sealing bodies are provided on the side edges of the prefabricated wallboards; the upper ends of the supporting columns extend upwards to the outside of the prefabricated wallboards, and the lower ends of the supporting columns extend downwards to the outside of the prefabricated wallboards. By means of the structure, modular, partial, and modular constructions of a prefabricated building, as well as integrated integration of the prefabricated floor structure and the building, electromechanical devices, decorations, and parts are realized.
