Abstract:
Provided is a technology for stabilizing entire contaminated ground areas or entire contaminated water areas, such as final disposal sites or illegal dumping sites, at an early stage. The environmental restoration apparatus (10) is equipped with: a mist generator (13) disposed in a shaft (12) formed in the ground (11) of a final disposal site (X); an oxidizing agent-supplying means (14) for supplying an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution (L) to the mist generator (13); and a gas-pumping means (15) for supplying a pressurized gas to the mist generator (13) for jetting an oxidizing agent mist (DF) from the mist generator (13). The oxidizing agent-supplying means (14) has the function of supplying the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution (L) in a tank (16) to the mist generator (13) using a pump (P) via a hose (17). The gas-pumping means (15) has the function of delivering compressed air stored inside a pressure tank (19) to the mist generator (13) using a compressor (18) via a hose (20).
