Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly apparatus for use in spraying, comprising: a housing (1), support legs (2), a spraying apparatus (4), a partition (5), a first power apparatus (7), a spraying rod (8), nozzles (9), a first filter plate (10), baffles (11), a second filter plate (12), a water storage tank (13), a water pump (15), a transverse plate (18), a second power apparatus (19), a material unloading block (21), a rotating shaft (22), a railing (23), a piece of paint mist filter cotton (24), an activated carbon filter plate (25), a piece of dry filter cotton (26), and a suction fan (27). The partition (5) is provided within the housing (1). The partition (5) divides the housing (1) into a spraying compartment (3) and a first treatment compartment (6). The spraying apparatus (4) is provided at the top part of the spraying compartment (3). The spraying rod (8) is arranged within the first treatment compartment (6). The first power apparatus (7) used for driving the spraying rod (8) to rotate is provided at the top part of the first treatment compartment (6). The multiple nozzles (9) are provided at the lower end of the spraying rod (8). The first filter plate (10) and the second filter plate (12) are provided horizontally parallel to each other on the inner wall of the first treatment compartment (6). Multiple baffles (11) are provided under the first filter plate (10). Multiple baffles (11) are provided above the second filter plate (12). The multiple baffles (11) are in an alternately slanted arrangement. The apparatus is capable of removing paint mist after spraying.
