Abstract:
An environment-friendly dust removal apparatus, comprising a dust removal box (1), a base (4), and a plurality of support rods (6). The dust removal box (1) is provided with an air inlet pipe (2) and an air outlet pipe (3); a dust removal chamber (7) is provided in the dust removal box (1); the dust removal box (1) comprises a first dust removal device (8), a second dust removal device (9), a filter plate (11), a drying plate (12), an air suction fan (13), and a partition plate (14); the first dust removal device (8) comprises a filter screen (15), a dust collection hopper (16), and a dust collection box (18); the first dust removal device (8) is provided at the location of the air inlet pipe (2); the second dust removal device (9) comprises a water inlet pipe (19), a flow equalizing pipe (20), a plurality of flow splitting pipes (21), a plurality of filtering devices (22), and a water containing box (25); each filtering device (22) comprises a drainage tube (24), a drip box (26), drip holes (27), two fixed plates (28), a filter cloth (29), and a water collection box (30); the filter plate (11), the drying plate (12), and the air suction fan (13) are sequentially arranged at the top of the partition plate (14); a water circulating device (10) for purifying and circulating water is provided in the dust removal chamber (7).
