Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly foam pump comprises a pump body (1). A bottle locking cover (10) is inserted in and fixed to an upper end of the pump body. The pump body comprises a large piston cylinder (11) and a small piston cylinder (12). An air extrusion device is provided in the large piston cylinder. A liquid extrusion device is provided in the small piston cylinder. The air extrusion device comprises an air suction plug (2). A piston ring (21) is provided on the air suction plug. A snap ring (13) protruding inwards is provided on an upper portion of the large piston cylinder. The liquid extrusion device comprises a main column (3) provided in the small piston cylinder and a liquid suction plug (4) connected to a lower end of the main column. A press head (9) is fixedly inserted at an upper end of the air suction plug. An upper end of the main column extends into the large piston cylinder, and is connected to the air suction plug. A mesh filter (100) is provided between the press head and the air suction plug. An elastic member (5) is sleeved outside the main column. The snap ring and the piston ring cooperate with each other to confine the air suction plug in the large piston cylinder. Therefore, a pump core structure consisting of the pump body, the air suction plug, the air extrusion device, the liquid extrusion device, and glass beads (6) can be transported and stored independently, and can be used in conjunction with different bottle locking covers and press heads.
