Abstract:
An environmentally friendly foam pump, comprising a pump body (1). The pump body (1) comprises a large piston cylinder (11) and a small piston cylinder (12); the large piston cylinder (11) is provided with an air removal device; the small piston cylinder (12) is provided with a liquid discharge device; the air removal device comprises an air suction plug (2) disposed in the large piston cylinder (11); the air suction plug (2) is provided with a piston ring (21); the upper part of the large piston cylinder (11) is provided with a lock ring (13); the liquid discharge device comprises a main column (3) disposed in the small piston cylinder (12) and a liquid suction plug (4) connected to the lower end of the main column (3); the upper end of the main column (3) extends into the large piston cylinder (11) and is connected to the air suction plug (2); an elastic member (5) that can push and lift the main column (3) and the air suction plug (2) is sleeved on the outer side of the main column (3) and located above the liquid suction plug (4); and a glass bead (6) is provided at the lower end entrance of the small piston cylinder (12). The lock ring (13) is fitted to the piston ring (21) to limit the air suction plug (2) in the large piston cylinder (11), such that the pump structure can be transported, stored, and sold independently and is adaptive to different bottle lock caps (10) and press heads (9), thus increasing production flexibility.
