Abstract:
The present invention provides an environmentally friendly preparation method for a substituted isonitrile compound, the method comprising: using N-formyl-alpha-R2 substituted glycine ester as an initial raw material; obtaining a substituted isonitrile compound by passing through a dehydration reaction under the action of a dehydrating agent such as trisubstituted phosphine dihalide, a combination of trisubstituted phosphine dihalide and an acyl halide reagent or a combination of trisubstituted phosphine oxide and an acyl halide reagent and organic amine. The obtained substituted isonitrile compound is an important intermediate for the synthesis of VB6. The present invention can be carried out by using a continuous flow means, thus improving production efficiency, and reducing operation. In the present invention, a byproduct of trisubstituted phosphine oxide is generated in the reaction process and may be recycled, and costs are reduced; in the present invention, phosphorus oxychloride and phosphorus pentoxide which are expensive and which generate a large amount of wastewater during the preparation process are not used as dehydrating agents, and a high-temperature dehydration reaction is also not needed; in addition, the process and operation are easy and convenient, phosphorus-containing wastewater is not discharged during the process, and the method is environmentally friendly and has low costs. The method has high atom economy, high target product yield and purity, and is suitable for industrial application.
