Abstract:
A sliding-type detachable coaxial capillary microfluidic chip and a manufacturing method therefor. The chip comprises a substrate (3); a hole is formed in the substrate (3) to serve as a window (4); a first needle aligning platform (6) and a second needle aligning platform (7) are respectively fixed to the two sides of the window (4); a first circular groove (6-1) and a first square groove (6-2) are coaxially and sequentially formed in the first needle aligning platform (6); a second circular groove (7-1) and a second square groove (7-2) are coaxially and sequentially formed in the second needle aligning platform (7); a slidable sliding platform (8) is provided on the substrate (3); the two ends of a square capillary are respectively arranged in the first square groove (6-2) and the second square groove (7-2); and one circular capillary enters the first square groove (6-2) by means of the first circular groove (6-1), one end of the other circular capillary is provided in the sliding platform (8), and the other end of the other circular capillary slides through the second circular groove (7-1) to enter the second square groove (7-2) by means of the sliding platform (8).
