Abstract:
Provided is an enzymatic method for preparing glucosamine from glucose. The method comprises: preparing glucosamine by means of taking glucose as a substrate and using same in combination with biological enzymes, preferably a hexokinase, 6-phosphoglucose isomerase, a glucosamine synthase and a glucosamine 6-phosphate dephosphatase. The method has a simple technical route, a sufficient substrate source, mild preparation conditions, low environmental pollution, high reaction specificity, easy downstream separation and purification due to few impurities in the system, and low production cost.
