Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a water-cooled undercurrent linear electric motor, comprising: a linear electric motor stator, a linear electric motor mover and a water-cooled heat dissipation housing, wherein the linear electric motor mover is arranged above the linear electric motor stator, a first epoxy resin protective layer is wrapped around a surface of the linear electric motor mover, the first epoxy resin protective layer is arranged on the water-cooled heat dissipation housing in a covering manner, and the water-cooled heat dissipation housing is internally provided with a cooling water input undercurrent channel and a cooling water return undercurrent channel, the cooling water input undercurrent channel and the cooling water return undercurrent channel being directly or indirectly connected. By means of the manner, according to the water-cooled undercurrent linear electric motor of the present invention, heat energy generated by the linear electric motor is transmitted to the first epoxy resin protective layer, and then the heat energy is transmitted to the water-cooled heat dissipation housing and air on an exposed face of the first epoxy resin protective layer by means of the first epoxy resin protective layer, thereby achieving rapid heat dissipation of the linear electric motor, and avoiding potential safety hazards caused by leakage.
