Abstract:
The present invention relates to curved surface dividing technology for a reflector antenna in fields such as communications, measurement and control, and radio astronomy. Disclosed is an equalized area and mixed shape-based curved surface dividing method for a reflector antenna. The method can make divided reflector sub-units have a uniform area and regular shapes, simplifies a back bracket structure of an antenna, can significantly improve surface precision of an antenna, and reduces manufacturing costs. The present invention is implemented by means of the following technical solution: solving an equalized area equation on a projection surface to obtain an inner circle radius to draw planar polygonal shapes and sectors; then projecting the planar polygonal shapes and sectors to a reflective surface; and finally determining gaps among sub-units to obtain an antenna reflective surface consisting of the polygonal shapes and sectors. The present invention can make the sub-units easy to process and manufacture and easy to position during assembling, achieves high precision in a combined reflective surface, can reduce the difficulty in the design of a back bracket structure, and is particularly suitable for the design and manufacturing of medium-aperture reflector antennas.
