Abstract:
This estimating device estimates a state of charge of an electricity storage element provided with a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material containing Si. The estimating device is provided with a control unit which, on the basis of a charge/discharge history of the electricity storage element, determines whether to execute a first estimating method for estimating the state of charge of the electricity storage element using a relationship between the state of charge and the voltage of the electricity storage element.
