Abstract:

This evaluating device is provided with: an image data acquiring unit which acquires image data relating to an eyeball of a subject; a point of gaze detecting unit which detects position data relating to a point of gaze of the subject; a display control unit which performs a display operation causing a plurality of objects to be displayed on a display screen, and a hide operation causing the objects to be hidden with a prescribed timing after the display operation; a region setting unit which sets a plurality of corresponding regions of the display screen, corresponding to each object; a determining unit which, on the basis of the point of gaze position data, determines whether or not the point of gaze is present in each corresponding region during a hide period in which the hide operation is being performed; a calculating unit which, on the basis of determination data, obtains the region data indicating each corresponding region, from among the corresponding regions, in which the point of gaze has been detected during the hide period; and an evaluating unit which obtains evaluation data of the subject on the basis of the region data.
