Abstract:
An explosion-proof cartridge fuse, an explosion-proof fuse device for the same, and an explosion-proof fuse strip, pertaining to the field of power equipment, and mainly applicable to power equipment such as motors, air compressors, etc. The cartridge fuse mainly comprises a fuse strip (1) comprising a middle strip member (11). Two sides of the middle strip member (11) are provided with a contact strip member (12), and the contact strip member (12) is connected to a fuse connection column plate (2) via a fastener. Depressions A (13) are provided on the contact strip member (12). The contact strip member (12) has a structure thickest in the middle and gradually thinning toward a periphery, and has a through hole (14) therein. The fuse connection column plate (2) is provided with an annular recess (23) matching the contact strip member (12), and depressions C (22) are provided in the annular recess (23). By providing the depressions on the fuse strip (1) and the fuse connection column plate (2), a space is provided for deformation of the fuse strip (1), and a contact area between the deformed fuse strip (1) and the fuse connection column plate (2) is increased, thereby preventing the problem of frequent disconnections of the fuse strip (1) due to frequent over-current conditions and thermal expansion and contraction of the fuse strip (1) that results in thinning of the fuse strip (1) and the occurrence of a gap between the fuse strip and the fuse connection column plate (2).
