Abstract:
An express delivery automatic packaging machine and an express delivery automatic packaging method, the express delivery automatic packaging machine comprising: a machine rack (10); a box output mechanism (20), secured to one side of the top end of the machine rack (10); a weighing mechanism (30), secured to the upper middle part of the machine rack (10), the weighing mechanism (30) comprising a matching weighing plate (302) and weighing plate steering engine (304), the weighing plate steering engine (304) being secured to a horizontal bar on the upper middle part of the machine rack (10), the weighing mechanism (30) also comprising an image collection module (306), the image collection module (306) being secured to a horizontal bar at the top end of the machine rack (10), and the image collection module (306) facing the weighing plate (302) and being directly above the weighing plate (302); a box unfolding mechanism (40); a box closing mechanism (50); a box sealing mechanism (60); a conveying mechanism (70); and a controller respectively connected to the box output mechanism (20), the weighing mechanism (30), the box unfolding mechanism (40), the box closing mechanism (50), the box sealing mechanism (60), and the conveying mechanism (70). The present express delivery automatic packaging machine integrates the functions of weighing, box output, box unfolding, box closing, box sealing, and conveying, has a high degree of automation, and uses boxes of different specifications to package objects of different sizes and types.
