Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a negative electrode material, comprising a doped silicon-based material. The doped silicon-based material comprises a silicon-based material and a doping metal element distributed in particles of the silicon-based material, the silicon-based material comprising nano-silicon or silicon monoxide, and the doping amount of the doping metal element being 1-1000 ppm. By doping with an extremely low content of the metal element in the crystal structure of the silicon-based material, the negative electrode material can maintain the stability of the original crystal structure of the silicon-based material while improving the conductivity of the silicon-based material, so that the energy density of a battery cell can be effectively increased, and powdering of the silicon-based material during the charging and discharging process can be prevented. Embodiments of the present invention further provide a preparation method for the negative electrode material, a lithium-ion battery, and a terminal.
