Abstract:
Disclosed is an external rotor motor, comprising a motor part and an electric control part. An edge of a bottom plate extends axially out of a sleeve part, an opening of the sleeve part being covered by a baffle, and multiple heat dissipation ribs being disposed protruding and surroundingly distributed along a circumferential direction of a rotating shaft; a first air duct is formed between two adjacent first heat dissipation ribs, a ventilation opening is formed in the middle of the baffle, and multiple through holes are formed at a position of the bottom plate close to the sleeve part, each through hole being located between two adjacent first heat dissipation ribs; the ventilation opening is in communication with the through hole by means of the first air duct, a housing is installed on the sleeve part, and a centrifugal fan blade is disposed between the housing of the electric control part and the sleeve part, the centrifugal fan blade being located below the ventilation opening of the baffle; one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the bottom plate and is connected to the centrifugal fan blade. Heat in the motor part and the electric control part can be rapidly drawn to the outside of the motor part and the electric control part, making a cooling effect of a component good, improving a heat dissipation effect, and making heat dissipation of a whole machine faster.
