Abstract:
Provided are an interdigital capacitor (1), a bending sensor (2) and a fabrication method therefor. The interdigital capacitor (1) mainly comprises an electrode layer (11), and the electrode layer (11) comprises a first electrode (111) and a second electrode (112); the first electrode (111) comprises several first interdigital parts (1111) that are arranged at intervals to one another, and a first mounting cavity is reserved between two adjacent first interdigital parts (1111); the second electrode (112) comprises several second interdigital parts (1121) arranged at intervals to one another , and a second mounting cavity is reserved between two adjacent second interdigital parts (1121); the first interdigital parts (1111) extend into the second mounting cavities, the second interdigital parts (1121) extend into the first mounting cavities, so as to be complementarily arranged and to form the electrode layer (11), and a mounting gap (113) is reserved between the first electrode (111) and the second electrode (112); and a section of the electrode layer (11) is wavy. The bending sensor (2) is a wearable sensor that is flexible and stretchable and has good long-term use stability.
