Abstract:
An extreme-cold-resistant graphene glove and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: step 1, preparing a graphene aerogel powder; step 2, preparing a graphene aerogel microcapsule powder from the graphene aerogel powder obtained in step 1; step 3, mixing the graphene aerogel microcapsule powder obtained in step 2 with a chinlon slice powder until uniform, and subjecting the resulting mixture to melt extrusion and granulation, so as to obtain modified graphene aerogel chinlon masterbatch; step 4, heating and melting the masterbatch obtained in step 3, and spinning same into bundles to obtain modified hollow graphene aerogel chinlon short fibers; and step 5, processing the short fibers obtained in step 4 into yarns, and weaving same into a warm-keeping extreme-cold-resistant glove. The glove prepared by using the method has a very good heat preservation effect, also has antimicrobial and far infrared emission functions, and can be used in an extreme cold environment.
